Shipping & Returns

Pick-Up:

Pick-ups are welcome. However, please call at least two hours prior to arrival to
insure your order will be ready for you when you arrive.

Freight Policy:

  • Orders within 50 miles of F&C and over $1500.00 will be delivered free of charge.
    (Stocked Items Only)
  • Orders shipped outside F&C delivery zones will be LTL or Common Carrier. Etc. shipped
    “prepaid and add”
  • Orders shipped outside F&C delivery zones but within 500 miles & over $3500.00 will be
    LTL or Common Carrier. Etc. at no charge! (Stocked Items Only—Business to Business
    Only)
  • Orders shipped outside F&C delivery zones over 500 miles but less than 1000 miles &
    over $5000.00 will be LTL or Common Carrier. Etc. at no charge! (Stocked Items Only-
    Business to Business Only)
  • Orders shipped outside F&C delivery zones over 1000 miles & over $7500.00 will be LTL
    or Common Carrier. Etc. at no charge! (Stocked Items Only-Business to Business Only)
  • All drop shipped orders will be charged freight regardless of total amount ordered.
  • We will select the most economical service unless otherwise specified by our customers.
  • Customers are responsible for freight charges. All orders will be shipped
    “prepaid and add” unless qualifying for free freight.

Freight Claims:

  • Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt, for damage
    or shortages. F&C Distributors must be notified within 3 days.
  • Any discrepancies must be noted on the bill of lading.
  • Any claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier.
  • Once the carrier accepts & signs for the shipment, F & C Distributors, Inc.
    is no longer responsible for damages or shortages. However, if you need
    assistance we are more than willing to help in whatever way we can. We also
    recommend that you never refuse a shipment as you may become
    responsible for return freight & service charges above and beyond any
    charges in-curred to that point.

Returns Policy

  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued
    by the F & C Customer Service Dept. and are subject to a 20% restocking
    charge.
  • All returns must be processed within 90 days of the invoice date and
    within 10 days of issuance of return authorization number.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight on all returns.
  • Goods authorized for return must be NEW, in their original packaging,
    and be in resalable condition.
  • Special orders & Non Stock Items can not be returned

    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
